Now in 2012 Haley-Davidson unleashes a new road king, with better features, more speed, and an exceptional torque. The new features are totally irresistible and ever thing a thrill seeker has ever dreamed of. The Twin Cam 103-V twin engine, the 1690cc powered engine combined with a six speed transmission and that lustrous body makes everyone want to own one of these beauties.

These much needed updates take the road king series to a whole new level of bike engineering and perfects the complexities of a road king bike. The new 2012 road king has the same classical fuel tank which can hold 6 gallons of fuel you can burn on your long cruises and also show off the perfectly finished gleaming paint. The detachable windshield and the unique air adjustable touring rear suspension is what makes the 2012 model truly remarkable. The steel suspension has been replaced by the new air suspension which promises a smoother ride.

The optional features are tempting more than ever; the cruise control option gives the advantage of an electronic throttle control which makes the ride tension free and full of comfort. The new road king is all about style, customization and class that’s why it has a low mounted license plate so that it doesn’t destroy the look. It also has a large front wheel of about 17 inches to enhance the stability of the bike and ensure a constricted turning radius. The best part about the road king is the fact that it has dual color paint on the tank, which definitely makes it stand out in the crowd, thus making it totally irresistible.

Another remarkable feature in the road king is the saddlebags. They have a total of 2.26cu space and a chrome latch which will not corrode. Its six speed cruiser transmission gives the rider the ride he has been dreaming of. The bike runs in a more smooth fashion and also it responds quickly at sharp turns. There has been a modification in the twin cam 103 engine which gives it a remarkable low end torque. This is due to the light weight piston design which results in an improved road grip.

The 2012 road king is new but it still has the exceptional HD security system along with the anti-lock brakes which gives the rider a sense of security for his bike and for himself. The name of the bike truly depicts the sort of bike the road king is, truly the king of the road.
